While our site only offers credit card and visa debit payments, you can direct message @frankiecookie if you’d like to place an order and pay with e-transfer! We will gladly accept that too.

All orders are prepared with the expectation of being picked up/delivered to you. Refund requests will only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled after baking (after the 12 hours) are not eligible for a refund. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact me within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve it.

We offer free pick up by West Edmonton Mall. A full address for pick up will be shown when placing your order.

Please Note: Time slots are subject to change weekly and will be available to choose from in the form prompted before putting cookies into your cart.

Orders for the following week close every Friday night at 10:00pm MT so I can plan and prepare accordingly. Once your order is placed, you can expect your cookies to be ready for pickup or delivery during the following week's available pickup windows and delivery timeslots. Please review the available windows before placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email afterwards.

Most of my cookie flavors contain gluten (all-purpose flour), eggs, soy and dairy.

But I also offer select gluten-free flavors. Please note that all cookies are prepared in the same kitchen, so I cannot guarantee they are free from cross-contact with gluten or other allergens.

Some flavors also contain nuts or may come into contact with nuts. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let me know before placing your order so I can help you choose the best options.

Unfortunately no, currently we can’t take individual flavour requests. We do swap 2 to 3 of the flavors biweekly, so there’s always something new to try — check our latest selection to see what’s baking this cycle!

My cookies are made in homesized batches using browned butter and recipes perfected through intense trial and error (begging family and friends to try, haha). Unlike mass-produced cookies, every batch is baked with care and attention to detail.
